Martin Phillips is an experienced advocate (admitted 1981) who is available for Tribunal hearings in the following Tribunals: Ashford, Bedford, Bury St Edmunds, London Central, London South, Reading, Stratford, Southampton, Watford (other tribunals by arrangement).

Fees

You keep your clients and he provides your firm with the employment law expertise in drafting ET1 claims and ET3 responses, witness statements and all other documents you need as well as representing clients at the Tribunal.

He can give opinions on the merits and on evidence or points of law.

Hourly rate: £200 plus VAT.
