Lawrite Solicitors Limited was set up in 2008 to advise insured clients of Lawrite HR but is now emerging as a leading workplace law specialist.

We are the ideal advisers to give business-like, pro-active and realistic workplace and employment law advice to employers and Employment Tribunal claimants.

Managing Director Martin Phillips is an experienced specialist in employment and workplace law and has represented hundreds of employers and employees with claims in the Employment Tribunals.

He qualified as a solicitor in 1981 and has a wealth of experience dealing with employment law and workplace disputes.

His experience also covers all aspects of business and workplace law with many years of acting for claimants in accidents. He has advised businesses from major PLC’s to sole traders.

He has been involved in the running of a number of businesses outside the legal profession and founded Lawrite HR in 1997.

With his business experience he is able to see problems from the point of view of his business clients and is experienced in providing commercial solutions to legal issues.

For the last 10 years Lawrite HR documents software for employers has included employment law and health and safety law manuals written by Martin, and document templates for contracts of employment and staff handbooks drafted and updated by him, with more than 50,000 copies delivered to subscribers.

With planned expansion of the Lawrite Network of law firms, Lawrite Solicitors is aiming to be able offer its clients appointments in offices in most major cities of the UK during 2012.
